What's Growing in Your Yard?

Is it a weed? Is it a flower? Should I leave it or pull it? Many plants we label as "weeds" are actually medicinal and edible. Henbit & dead nettle, cleavers, and violet are perfect examples—they help detoxify the body and support the transition from winter to spring.

As we transition from winter to spring, supporting the body’s natural detox processes can make a big difference—for both humans and dogs!

🌿 Henbit & Dead Nettle – Great allies during allergy season.🌿 Violet & Cleavers – Excellent for lymphatic drainage, which helps kickstart liver detoxification.

Starting with the lymphatic system is a gentle, effective way to support overall wellness as the seasons change.

How to Use These HerbsIt’s as simple as making tea!

🍵 For You – Steep the herbs in hot water and sip throughout the day.🐶 For Your Dog – Add 1–2 teaspoons (adjust based on your pet’s size) to their food.
